An event dedicated to the Youth Day was organized by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS.
Opening the event, Director General of the Institute of Microbiology, corresponding member of ANAS Panah Muradov congratulated the young employees on the significant day and stressed that the country's leadership has always paid attention and care to young people. The scientist said that in 1997, on the basis of the relevant order of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, February 2 was celebrated as the Day of Azerbaijani Youth in our country.
P.Muradov noted that the purpose of this significant day is to pay attention and care to young people, as well as to do important work to solve their problems.
Then the deputy of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the enterprise, researcher Almaz Hasanova spoke about the 44-day Patriotic War and the role of youth in the glorious victory.
After the event, employees of the institute laid flowers on the graves of young martyrs who wrote the history of Azerbaijan's glorious victory in the Great Patriotic War.
