As you know, last week the next meeting of the Council for the Coordination of Scientific Research of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held under the chairmanship of Ulker Sattarova, Director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education.
Information presented on the basis of an official letter sent to the institution regarding the dissertations of previous years was discussed at the meeting. In total, more than 1000 topics received from 49 scientific and higher educational institutions and systematized by the secretariat of the Council were approved by open voting, taking into account the opinions and suggestions of the members of the Council.
On what topics are scientific works defended? How are these topics discussed at the Council? In an interview to the "Azerbaijan teacher", one of the participants of the meeting, the head of the Laboratory of Microbiological Biotechnology of the Institute of Microbiology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Konul Bakhshalieva shared her impressions of the last meeting and her thoughts on the issues discussed.
