Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences has always made a significant contribution to the formation, preservation and further development of the scientific base in our country. Central Scientific Library (CSL) of ANAS takes a special place in the implementation of this important mission.
In continuation of the work done in the direction of innovative services to Azerbaijani science, one of the main components of the reforms carried out at the CSL is the creation of academic funds. The organization of academic foundations is a process aimed at acquiring, applying and disseminating scientific knowledge. The collection includes documents, publications (traditional printed and electronic), etc., donated to the CSL by academicians working or working in the Presidium of ANAS, scientific institutions and organizations, as well as representing various fields in other scientific institutions of the country.
Along with the president of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, the photo gallery contains photographs of academicians Mir Asadulla Mirgasimov, Musa Aliyev, Yusif Mammadaliyev, Zahid Khalilov, Rustam Ismayilov, Hasan Abdullayev, Eldar Salayev, Faramaz Magsudov, Mahmud Karimov, Akif Alizadeh and others.
